Okay but ill fitting not the best design
I've purchased a number of different screwless switch plates in the last six months since I'm replacing the ones in my house. I generally find they are hit or miss in design but the Leviton design is definitely a miss. The way the design works the switches end up sitting "behind" the face place a little which looks really strange. Further they are a real pain to get on the switches. They require unscrewing the switches and attempting to "slide" the back plate onto the screws. If this doesn't wind up breaking the little tabs the screws grab on to it generally turns out okay but more often than not you wind up removing the screws from the switches entirely to get the backplate on and at least a couple of the little tabs end up breaking.
I much prefer the Aspire two piece design for these plates which uses the normal screw holes in the switches to hold the backplate although I've found there are several designs some of which are the same as the Leviton design.More detail ...
